In 2001, the company jointed venture with Indonesia Kaiyuan company and established new company named Ningbo Shuntian Liangyuan Fuel Injection Equipment Co.,Ltd.

The company covers an area of 30,000 square meters, with a total floor space of 25,000 square meters, technical staff 100 persons and workers over 500. Equipped with first-class equipments and testing instruments & gauges, the company sets up engineering & technique centre, and enjoys high power in technical background, integrating R&D, design and production together. In 2005, product 8N7005 has been appraised as National Major New Product; In 2006 the company successfully designed and produced components for high pressure electronic control common rail products like pump, injector, nozzle, common rail tube, current limiter, relief valve, control valve etc. In 2000 and 2006 it passed ISO9001 and ISO/TS16949 certification. Series Pencil nozzles obtained 22 national patents and 1 invention patent.
